Payments for paid Vfolio packages are nonrefundable. We do not provide full or partial refunds for a current or past billing period, including unused time after you cancel renewal.
Cancel a renewal
You may cancel renewal of a paid package at any time. Once cancellation is confirmed, no further renewal charge will be made for that subscription. Your paid features remain available until the end of the current paid billing period, which is the next scheduled renewal date. Cancellation does not reverse a payment already made.
Rights required by law
This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that applicable law requires us to provide. If you believe you have such a right or were charged in error, email [email protected].
