These terms govern your use of Vfolio, including its website, digital business cards, profiles, stores, and related services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Vfolio for a business or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.
If you do not agree, do not use the service. Please read our Privacy Policy for information about how personal information is handled.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, keep it reasonably current, and protect your login details. You are responsible for activity under your account and should tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Vfolio is intended for people who can enter into a binding agreement and for business or professional use; it is not directed to children.
Your content and public pages
You retain ownership of the text, images, logos, links, products, and other content you submit. You give Vfolio a nonexclusive license to host, reproduce, display, and process that content as needed to provide and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit and publish it.
You choose what to publish on your cards, profiles, and stores. Public pages may be viewed, shared, indexed, or saved by others. You are responsible for your published content, the accuracy of your offers, and any notices or permissions required when you collect information from your visitors and customers. You can remove content through the available account controls, subject to reasonable backup and legal retention.
Acceptable use
Do not use Vfolio to break the law, infringe another person’s rights, impersonate others, send spam, distribute malware, interfere with the service, bypass security or usage limits, or publish fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful content. Do not collect or use information from other people through Vfolio without an appropriate lawful basis and required notices.
We may review reports, remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts when reasonably needed to address a violation, protect users, or comply with law. We will provide notice where practicable and appropriate.
Stores, bookings, and third party services
A Vfolio card or store owner is responsible for the products, services, prices, fulfilment, returns, appointments, and communications they offer to their visitors or customers. Unless Vfolio expressly identifies itself as the seller in a checkout, an order or booking is between the visitor and that owner. Owners must provide their own applicable terms, policies, and customer support.
Vfolio may connect to payment processors, social platforms, websites, and other external services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and their availability may change.
Plans, payments, and cancellation
Plan features, limits, prices, taxes, billing periods, and any trial or renewal terms are shown when you select or purchase a plan. Some plans may renew automatically when you expressly choose a recurring option. If you do, the payment method you provide may be charged at each renewal until you cancel through your account or contact us for help.
You may cancel renewal of a paid package at any time. Once cancellation is confirmed, no further renewal charge will be made for that subscription. Your paid features remain available until the end of the current paid billing period, which is the next scheduled renewal date, and then the paid subscription ends.
We may change future prices or plan features with notice where required. Payment processing is handled by the available payment provider.
Refund policy for paid packages
Payments for paid Vfolio packages are nonrefundable. We do not provide full or partial refunds for a current or past billing period, including unused time after you cancel renewal. Cancellation prevents future renewals; it does not reverse a payment already made.
This no-refund policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that applicable law requires us to provide. If you believe you have such a right or were charged in error, email us at [email protected].
NFC products and AI features
If you order a physical NFC product, the product description, price, delivery details, and any applicable return terms shown at checkout apply to that order. An NFC product may require a compatible device and an active Vfolio page to work as intended. Availability and delivery estimates can vary.
AI assisted features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable results. Review and edit outputs before publishing or relying on them. You are responsible for the prompts and materials you submit and for your use of the resulting content. Features, usage allowances, and credit terms are shown where those features are offered.
Vfolio rights and service changes
Vfolio and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding, and templates, apart from content you own. We give you a limited, nonexclusive right to use the service while you comply with these terms. We may update features, fix defects, or discontinue parts of the service. We will try to give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid use.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Vfolio and request account closure. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay an amount due, create a security risk, or if we are legally required to do so. Where appropriate, we will give you a chance to resolve an issue. Termination does not remove obligations or liabilities that arose before it and may result in public pages becoming unavailable.
Service warranties and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability can be affected by maintenance, network problems, and external providers. To the extent permitted by law, Vfolio is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or that every result will meet your needs. You remain responsible for keeping copies of important content.
To the extent permitted by law, Vfolio is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, third party content, or transactions between card or store owners and their customers. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new last updated date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where required. Continued use after the revised terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not, stop using the service and cancel any recurring plan.
Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected]. These terms are subject to applicable law, including any mandatory protections that apply where you live.
